Our testing system is fully imported from Germany, delivering up to 99% accuracy to ensure the highest quality for our customers’ production lines. With 13 advanced testing machines in operation, our system ensures precise and consistent quality control across every stage of production.

In addition to the testing equipment mentioned above, we are also equipped with UV testing machines, elongation testers, and color fastness testers. All of these systems are carefully and systematically invested in by DPM to ensure our products consistently maintain the highest quality standards.
Three-step testing – Quality control process
Pre-production testing
Before starting mass production, all materials are carefully tested to reconfirm the formulation. This step ensures that the approved formula is accurate and ready to be set up on our automated production lines, minimizing risks and ensuring consistency from the very beginning.
In-process testing
During production, random samples are continuously tested to monitor product quality. This helps ensure that all parameters remain stable and that there are no unexpected variations throughout the manufacturing process.
Post-production testing
Before shipment, final products are tested once again to confirm their quality and performance. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued and attached to each shipment, providing detailed verification and giving customers full confidence in every delivery.
